FEATURES
EXTREMELY HIGH QUALITY
firstAir compressors feature high quality components and decades of experience building air ends. Reliable and durable with constant high efficiency air compressor operation.
INTEGRATED OIL SEPARATOR IN THE OIL TANK
The firstAir compressor’s sizable oil tank comes fully equipped with essential connections and safety features, ensuring top-tier operational safety. Its internal high-efficiency oil separator delivers superior compressed air quality, maintaining a residual oil content of less than 3mg/m3. An inspection glass allows for constant monitoring of the oil level, facilitating swift and secure servicing. Both the inlet neck and the oil drain valve of the firstAir rotary screw air compressor are designed for easy access, streamlining maintenance procedures.
HIGH PERFORMANCE SUCTION FILTER
All firstAir compressors include a high performance suction filter. Particulates are sucked and filtered in two stages: first by centrifugal forces and second by a high efficiency filter element.
ELECTRIC MOTOR
firstAir driving motors conform to energy efficiency class IE3, protection class IP55, insulation class F and were explicitly developed for high loads within industrial applications
HIGH EFFICIENCY COOLING
The air cooling system is designed and calibrated to operate seamlessly in environments with room temperatures up to +113°F or +45°C.
