Eriez Magnetics’ CP 20/80 Suspended Permanent Magnets provide a guaranteed uninterrupted solution for low cost tramp iron removal on heavy burdened, fast moving belts. The CP series features a simple, low cost permanent magnet circuit designed to provide a strong magnetic profile at the working distance with a shallower gradient, ideal for suspension heights of no more than ten inches (254 mm), typical in aggregate and recycling field operations. Standard in a 30-inch (762 mm) width, the CP 20/80 series is available with a rugged oversized molded rubber cleated belt and pulley arrangement offering self-cleaning convenience with very little maintenance.
The self-cleaning magnet features a 460V direct drive motor, shaft mounted reducer and safety deflector guard designed to protect both the equipment and the operator. The permanent magnet measures 18-inches (457mm) high, 79-inches (2007mm) long by 38-inches (965mm) wide.
